We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Remote or rural areas: 4–5 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during sales, promotions, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel upon delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, there may be delays due to:

Courier service disruptions

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
